Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Returns only accepted for damaged items or verified print issues. Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for size.

10 Day Policy: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return/refund.

Damages and issues must be reported within 10 days of receipt of item(delivery date). 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution to make it right.

All items are custom made at time of order. Returns and/or refunds will only be provided for an item that has a verified issue.   

Item eligibility: item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@allteamshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.  If there is a problem with any item you receive please contact us.

Refunds
Upon approval of a qualified return, we will notify you how to return the item.  Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will email you with refund information.  If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.  NOTE:  Shipping is non-refundable.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
